After a long wait......... The SBS FINALLY replied my complaint letter!! Here it goes.... Our Ref: 2007/Apr/1885 Toll-free: 1800-287 2727 Mainline: 6284-8866 Fax: 6282-5204 Website: 30/05/2007 Ms Leong Shin Fen babybluez_fen@hotmail.com Dear Ms Leong Please refer to your feedback we received regarding Service 15. 2 We regret to learn of the poor service attitude of our bus captain of Service 15. 3 The Route Manager had reviewed the incident with the bus captain. He has been counselled to exercise discretion and consideration to passengers by allowing them to exit by the front door, as and when possible. 4 As a major bus operator, we do not allow poor service attitude and performances by our staff. Rest assured that every feedback is looked into and bus captains are constantly reminded to provide reliable, friendly and good service to our customers. 5 Thank you for bring the matter to our attention.
