Went back to NCC with ah hui to return our pass and name tag.. Met Dr Malini on the way.. she actually wanted to have lunch with us today but she is too busy to make it ;p

She is so sweet.. talked to us and even get our phone number saying she must have lunch with us one day, probably over at her hse or somewhere else :) haha.. she mentioned we are the sweetest students among all the poly students being attached there ;p i guess probably we laugh alot that left her a very BIG impression of us..

Everytime she came, everyone is so quiet, serious in their work and ask us to talk softly but we were like "WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Started to talk loudly and roaring loudly like she never exist.. *bleahx* thats us la!

No laughter = no life

She asked if we are interested in research as she can recommend us into A STAR, which she is also in charge of.. how nice! but too bad, both of us didnt like research work..

Headed to Bugis for a little shopping before we got home.. bought a pink scraf :D

Today is the last day of being at NCC.. :( Mixture of sad and happy inside me..

During lunch time, we headed to Bugis to buy some prezzie for them.. we got something very cute (forgot to take down the pic) haha..its a paper clip stand with the design of a rose, lily and sun flower.. William took the blue rose, Bhuvana took the pink lily ---> I like pink so i assumed she like also.. lols! Lucky took the sunflower.. ;p

We had this for our lunch.. CARROT CAKE! Can you believe its just $2 for this much?? :D

Sometimes, we felt so fortunate that we had such good supervisor cum working partner.. i remembered we called back to NCC because we were still at Bugis when its freaking 2pm! (I still got work to do in the afternoon har..hehe) then they just allowed us to go ahead.. how sweet.. I will never forget them..

Hui mentioned she felt sad packing our luggage..Me too :(

This is the drawer that we always dump our bag inside.. Actually used to placed other things but i just cleaned everything up and replaced it in another drawer just to put our stuff.. heh heh.. its just so useful!!!

While we were packing our luggage, we were still joking.. Bhuvana and william then walked to us and say they are so sad that we are leaving yet we are still laughing till so happy.. lols.. They just so cute.. :D I reckon they will miss our laughter!

Although i always complaint that my seats was too cramp, but its still the best.. It accompany me through the whole 4months at NCC.. So comfortable, a place where i took my afternoon nap and no one can see me! ;p OoPpZ!

Actually intended to leave at 11.45am so that we can cab there and get back in time, and i actually had NOTHING TO DO TODAY! but that small freaking indian ALI asked me to help him with his ~~fucking~~ work.. No choice, he is the senior scientist, we cant say no right? Hui help me with the work though.. but naughty us just anyhow do for him.. ;p *slap us pls* we are just that naughty!

Get a coupon from Bhuvana for our lunch located at Level 4 food fair meaning--- FREE LUNCH!!!!!!!!!!! wahahaha...

When they heard there is free breakfast their eyes just sparks can! I dont think others will believed we had such a pair of cartoon supervisors.. My supervisor was eating her bread, when she heard there is breakfast, she quickly placed down her bread and wanted to go collect the breakfast with us.. when we walked out of he lab, Hui suddenly burst out laughing

Today went to AHU again and felt a little giddy but not like two days ago where i cant breath all that.. Make me got phobia going to AHU already :( Still have to go another 3 more times before i leave! AHHHH....

As my usual routine, i will accompany my supervisor to Animal Holding Unit (AHU) to measure tumor and injection. The smell there really stinks! Usually, i will feel a little giddy (maybe because of the smell)

HOWEVER, this time, its DIFFERENT!

15 minutes after measuring the tumor, i started to have difficulties in breathing then i started to feel fire burning in my body and i actually perspired cold sweat.. My hand shake and i heard echoes when my supervisor talk to me! I wanted so much to tell my supervisor that i am fainting and i wanted to go outside for some fresh air but i got the feeling that i will faint and landed on the hard and dirty floor :( So i just bear with the giddy spells and sat there.. I removed my mask and after a while i can breath much better.. I thought I am going to die!

After returning to the lab Hui say my mascara smudge la!! What the hell... lols.. I look pale though..

Prof: So you believe in God?

Prof: Is God good?

Student : Sure.

Prof: Is God all-powerful?

Student : Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Student : And is there such a thing as cold?

We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.

Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness, darker, wouldn't you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student : Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavour, are you not teaching your opinion , sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class is in uproar.)

Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it?.....No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir , how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student : That is it sir.. The link between man & god is FAITH. That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

Went to sch in the morning-- WAY TOO TIRED! i overslept but luckily i still catch up in time... wah, 1st time i can get everything done in 45mins! normally i will take 1.5 hr ;p hehe...

Released at 11am, decided to have a little luch with kim and Ben before going off so we headed to Century Square...

Head to Sim Lim square to have my cpu fixed! During the short 1.5hr iof waiting time, went to Bugis Street and shop, ended up i am spending money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, times flies and here we are...Year 2008... Isnt that too fast? That 2007 passed just so quickly? ScARY~ Hais.. Cant seems to take up with the pace right ppl?

Soon, we will all complete our attachments, started to rush report, then zoom----Stepping into the real life.. Started to worry so much about my future... what kind of jobs to take, the people that i will meet (Some are just an assholes if you are unlucky)...will have lesser time to be with friends, blah blah blah... Time will pass even MORE fast....soon i will turn 30, 40, 50, 60, 70.....

Am i thinking too much??? LOLS...
